Our Story
Natural Kitchen Lab was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that plant-based cooking deserves the same respect, rigor, and sophistication as classical culinary arts. We recognized that many people aspiring to embrace plant-based cuisine lacked access to structured, comprehensive training that covered both the science and the artistry of vegetable-forward cooking.
Our founders, combining decades of culinary experience with nutritional expertise, created the first edition of our signature course in the vibrant food culture of Spain. A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse, she has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Spain and France. Her innovative approach to vegetable preparation and sauce-making forms the foundation of our core curriculum.
